About

Hey, I'm Nina.
I have a bachelor's degree in psychology with 2+ years of design experience at early-stage companies. Although my interest in mental health and the human mind led me to major in psychology, I never envisioned myself pursuing a traditionally related career—even as graduation approached. In fact, I felt that I’d have a high chance of burnout if I followed that path.
I began my self-taught journey as a UX/product designer during my senior year, thanks to a psychology friend who first introduced me to UX back when I was a sophomore. I don’t know if he even remembers it, but I hope he’s doing well.
Over the years, I’ve worked with nonprofits and startups to build meaningful products, since I’m passionate about making a positive impact through design. I aim for opportunities that align with that passion—so if you’re reading this, there's a good chance you fit the bill.
Thanks for reading, I look forward to potentially working together.
